Tune Integration

FTP Integration

Section titled “FTP Integration”

To set up FTP integration, you need to request FTP credentials from Dealer Studio, which include FTP server address, username and password. The credentials are unique per dealership.

Please configure feeds to run at a frequency of your preference. We would recommend running the feeds at a frequency of every 30 minutes.

API Integration

Section titled “API Integration”

Dealer Studio provides an API endpoint and associated password upon request from the support team.

Once integrated, users can monitor API activity by clicking the “Api Logs” button in the dropdown menu for individual vehicles. This allows you to view each individual API payload.
