Loopit inventory integration

Loopit is a vehicle subscription platform. When your dealership is connected to Loopit, Dealer Studio pushes inventory updates so Loopit stays aligned with the cars you have in stock.

Dealer Studio sends vehicles to Loopit using inventory webhooks — the same outbound push technology described in Inventory Webhook. Updates are delivered one vehicle at a time via HTTP POST (not via partner-initiated GET polling).

Set up a webhook stock feed under Stock feeds in Dealer Studio (+ Feed → Webhook/API export) and select the Loopit webhook recipient. Feed rules (locations, stock types, stock filters) work the same way as for other webhook partners.

Dealer Studio sends core vehicle and listing details Loopit needs (for example make, model, VIN, stock number, price, odometer, photos, and location-related data). Payload shape and authentication follow the Inventory Webhook contract.

When a vehicle’s status is set to sold, webhook feeds send a withdrawal-style update so Loopit can remove that vehicle from inventory. Timing and SaleStatus behaviour match the shared inventory webhook rules.

If you need Loopit enabled or adjusted for your dealership, contact Dealer Studio support.
